Wehner Multifamily operates multifamily properties in the DFW metroplex. The company was founded by Ryan Wehner 4 years ago in order to fill the need for competent and honest property management companies in the DFW metroplex.
Ryan Wehner moved to Dallas, Texas 4 years ago and has devoted his time to the turnaround of his and his clients’ real estate holdings, primarily multi-family properties. Wehner Multifamily, LLC has consistently improved the operations of the investments it manages in terms of revenues and expenses.
Wehner Multifamily’s success is attributed to hands-on professional property management, a well-trained on-site staff and aggressive management and marketing programs.
